Please do not steal these timings. Ask if you want to use them. You can use this to translate into your own language, But there is possible translation errors so I really don't recommend it. That, and there would be a 2nd degree of translation decay which I'm not a fan of (especially since I translation with the intentions of westernizing a lot of what they say -- hate random moon in my eng. trans).

Today I did an interview for the magazine Uchuusen and had ramen.

Also, we went to Nishiama City to eat ramen at a shop.

Their salt ramen is so good.

Delicious cucumbers. I'd totally eat it again (lol)

It's so addicting.

I definitely recommend this ramen!

Today was the start of the August 8th movie annoucement for " Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs Big SHOCKER "

There was a lot of press there, and I was kind of nervous but I also enjoyed myself too.

Also, today there was a surprise video message from Fujioka-san*. I was really surprised!

When I was listening to Fujioka's message, I really felt happy to be apart of Rider history.

Kamen Rider is forever indestructable!!

This movie will be an amazing movie!

I believe its going to be the strongest and greatest movie.

Today is the shoot for the photobook.

The weather wasn't too cold and it wasn't too hot. There also wasn't any breeze either! For some reason this was the perfect shooting day!

K8 did the Nissin UFO Campaign for two years before handing the torch to Nagase Tomoya this year. Before K8, Nissin UFO CMs have ALWAYS been weird ~~omg dave spector~~ -- going as far back as to the early 80s -- but for some reason I think the Otoko Dojo was a very light and hilarious marketing campaign for Nissin. XD And Don Frye is the shit.

New HSJ Show Stars in the Spring

HSJ gets a new show, leaving NEWS behind in the dust to rot away in their non tv show hosting hell. Sorry for any mistranslations (I only translate shit that has K8 mentioned in it :P)

NEWS' Nishikido Rear End Accident ... Due to Not Paying Attention

Popular group NEWS and Kanjani8 member Nishikido Ryo (24) got caused a multi-car collision on the Tokyo-Roppongi Inner-City Freeway #3 on March 2nd. Around 3:45pm that day, Nishikido was driving his car when he struck the back of the last car in the traffic jam. The collison then caused a 60 year old woman in the car to have minor injury that will take one week to recover. Nishikido has been suspected of injury caused by operating a vehicle and the documents are being sent for filing charges.

According to police reports (from the traffic police), the accident happened at the Roppongi crossing, approaching Shibuya heading in the direction from Tameike on the Inner-City highway #3. At around 3:45pm, Nishikido was driving his vehicle when he crashed into the vehicle in front of him at the end of a traffic jam. The force of the crash then caused the car in front of him to hit the car in front of it in a rear-end collision. The accident caused three cars to collide into each other.

The accident Nishikido caused a 60 year old woman in the passanger side of her car (from Yokohama) to suffer from a minor neck injury that will only take a week to heal. Nishikdo did not suffer any injuries and he had no passengers in the car with him.

The actual scene of the crime is, approximately, a line where the actual site is known for having very severe traffic jams. (This line I don't know how to translate so moving onn XD) -> Police deemed the cause of the accident due to Nishikido failing to keep his eyes on the road and has been suspected of injury caused by operating a vehicle and charges are being filed.

Attatched to Johnny's Office, it was Nishikido's day off and happened with his own car. Nishikido then recieved a stern repremand from his management and ordered his suspension of operating a vehicle. In regards to his activites with his work, " At the present time we have not thought about it as of yet ".

Uta no Onii-san barges in on the " Can! Jani " studio

As the TV Asahi variety, " Can Jani ", is being recorded suddenly an "Uta no Onii-san" type of person barged in. Actually, it was the lead actor of the currently airing drama, Uta no Onii-san (TV Asahi), Arashi's Satoshi Ohno. It just so happens that on that day, that very drama was being recorded in a studio that is right next door to the same studio that " Can! Jani " is filmed in. For co-star, Kanjani8's Maruyama Ryuhei, who is also acting in the drama; it's " A dream colaboration realized "

Ohno came in as the VTR was coming to an end and sat nervously across Kanjani8 near the wall. Since there was no previous notice of Ohno coming into the studio, the members were nervous but Yokoyama commented saying, " Arashi's force is really something! ". That seemed to calm down whatever uneasiness the members had in the studio.

Also, for the drama's final episode on 3/13, Command Can challenged Ohno to " to advertise that show, and make it amusing! ". Yokoyama then followed up with " As if an Arashi member is actually going to do something like that. " Maru saved the situation by doing a ippatsu gag.

Later, Ohno told them what he thought of " Can! Jani " by saying, " I saw the croquette search episode! ". It was clearly obvious that he had only watched the show once. Also, after recieving that comment about that VTR, Between the members of Kanjani8 it was mentioned that it was " the worst episode in (the show's) history ", A member who heard this then said " You just don't want him to see it! ", brokenly.*

This will be aired March 7th. Speaking of which, this happened during the taping of the Yokoyama/Maruyama's command challenge " To Find the Biggest Tree! The Kanagawa Chapter".

[Summary] Can! Jani Episode 14 - Help Gyoza King in their Renewl Opening!!

In this episode HinaBaru go and help a resturaunt, apart of a large chain called Gyoza King, on their grand reopening. In an 8 hour shift, Hina and Subaru get a crash course on waitressing and kitchen work. Can they do it?

I decided not to do a full translation for this episode because its not really worth the time and effort and I'm busy, so its more summary then translation. Again, some chances for mistranslation. Enjoy.

The show opens up with Maru doing a gag that no one gets and Command Can comments on it, but leaves Maru slightly confused before getting a tsukkomi from Hina. Switching the conversation around, Can askes K8 what their favorite foods are,

Yoko: I like meat.
Ryo: I like rice.
Can: What kind of rice? Sasanishiki or Koshihikari?
Ryo: Um, either one.
Can: Either one is good. Shibutani?
Subaru: I like Gyoza.
Can: Gyoza, hun? Gyoza is good too.
Subaru: I like it.

So Can, hearing the answer he wanted to hear directs the conversation in a new direction:

Can: So we got another mail

But obviously left Ohyamada out of the picture, He didn't ask us yet...

Yoko: Aren't you going ask the other members? Once Subaru said he liked Gyoza you ignored them.
Can: Those three's opinions don't even matter.

You hear that sound? That's the sound of a butthurt Kanjimi3

So begins our mission: Help out a low price Chinese Resturaunt

Hina and Subaru introduce themselves to the resturuant manager and get dressed up in their uniform for the day and at 9am get a tour of the store floor and kitchen as they prepare for the day, hand making gyoza. It takes 8 people to do it, and one person can make one in three seconds, 20 in one minute. In one hour they can make 1,200. At 9:10 they get their store front training. The floor manager comments on how wonderful their smiles are, I guess Johnny's training pays off. :P

As the manager shows them how they prepare the trays with the glasses of water, Subaru is skeptical -- giving his infamous " wtf did you just say? " expression :D After a 35 minute crash session, they go through some role play to see if they really got it.

Hina: Thank you for waiting! Welcome!
Trainer: In this situation, you have the tray in the right way, but despite all of that... you can not stand bowlegged like that.
Subaru: You mean that's important?
Hina: Is that so XD?
Subaru: The customers don't even see that!

But Hina's always been like that XD It's hard to break a natural habit :O
So Subaru goes off on his role play, and as he runs to get their water he finally hears something that scares the life out of him...

Manager: WE HAVE 30 MINUTES LEFT, YOU GUYS D:<

So Subaru runs off to tell Hina his scary story

Subaru: When I went by the kitchen I heard " WE ONLY HAVE 30 MINUTES! "
Hina: It was startling, hun?
Subaru: I was scared!

Then they here the manager ...

Manager: WHO ARE YOU OVER THERE?!

Hina runs off hiding.

So as the floor staff runs about in a hurry to get it ready before store opening, and HinaBaru confused on what to do, the floor manager sends them off to hang up posters on the store front advertising their reopening sale. As they actually take time to look outside, there's a major line of people waiting to get in and enjoy some good ol' chinese food. So once they finish they head back inside and get ready for the morning meeting/pep talk to prepare them for the day. The store manager annouces to the store that they have two extra helpers on their reopening and gives HinaBaru their name tags, now officially employees for the day. Then the company motto or whatever is said.

1. King will always have the best flavor
2. King's store will always be clean
3. King will always show devotion to it's customers
4. King will never forget to smile and will always be polite
5. King will always be careful with cost!

GYOZA IS SERIOUS BUSINESS

Subaru is just amazed at the atmosphere, and talks about how all these store managers came and called it a " King Summit " lol So everyone annouces that the store is opening and people get into place, but Subaru and Hina are scared shitless.

They can perform for thousands of screaming fans, but the onslaught of 200 hungry customers can break them down :P

So as the customers enter, Hina and Subaru greet them while at the same time mentioning how scary it is because they really don't know what to do. Hina attempts to help a customer but steps back quickly, absolutely confused. So as the store is bustling and in a rush with customers, Hina and Subaru have a little argument on who's going to go first.

Hina: You go next.
Subaru: Hun? Hun?
Hina: Here he comes, here he comes! Go!

So Subaru grabs the next customer...

Subaru: Over here please. Okay, 2 people.

So Subaru sits them down but he really doesn't know what to say... then suddenly...

Subaru: .,... Please wait as I get your water.

Subaru and Hina trade off and Hina gives the customers their water.

Hina: Once you're ready to order, please call me.

Doing good, the floor manager goes to guide them... Hina with a tray of water can't take the order, so Subaru goes with the manager at his side.... and his first order is a big one. So as the lunch rush continues, Hina and Subaru get used to their jobs.... until Hina starts freaking out again because he doesn't know what he was doing. After he gets the orders, things go smoothly until the lunch rush starts to peek and the store gets real busy.

Subaru: Two new people, two new people please @_@
Manager: Smile, smile :D
Subaru: ... @_@ yes :D?

While on the other hand Hina is really getting into his job

Hina: One customer!
Manager: Your apron is all croooked and you're still bowlegged
Hina: ^^;

Things get crazier and crazier, but as Subaru and Hina are running around like two chickens without a head, a fellow newbie stands in a corner and watches like a deer caught in headlights. Hina and Subaru automatically make friends with the newcommer. So as they're hustled back into work, the new commer seems to be more happier knowing he's not alone. But everytime Subaru or Hina stop to talk to the camera, the manager comes barking at them to continue working. It's so funny. But suddenly its 12pm and now its officially lunch time peak and Hina is totally now comfortable in his job and excited and working it like a pro up until the end of lunch time at 2:30. So Subaru and Hina are now dying for a break and are trying to kill time, seeing how they can ask to get on one. XD But their request is granted and get their break time! And of course people like watching their idols eat so we get to watch this too.

But little do they know that they're about to step, deeper, into hell.

So they're off their break and Hina explains to the store manager that they've pretty much got their job on the store front and that they think they can do it... But the store manager...

Manager: Want to try working in the kitchen?

Hina is sent to make ramen while Subaru is sent off to wash the dishes. chubou no jigoku ni yokosou!

Hina, who had control, is losing control...

Hina: *shaking the ramen*
Ramen Cook: ??
Hina: *goes to put ramen in broth but notices no ramen* ....
Ramen Cook: *looks at the floor*
Hina: *nervously laughs*
Ramen Cook: WHAT IN THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!
Hina: I'm sorry!

Each mistake after another the kitchen crew chews Hina out, and slowly but surely Hina's demeanor is falling apart...

Hina: Thank you for waiting ;O; * hands ramen to store manager*
Store manager: What in the hell is this?! This is bad! I can't bring this out there! It's too oily! Remake that!

So as Hina is having his mental breakdown at the ramen section, Subaru is having it pretty easy at the sink with the fellow dish boys. So they decide to put him to work at the gyoza section! So as Subaru is putting the gyoza into packages, he's being yelled at to pick up the pace and to compare it as a challenge that he must win. While on the other hand Hina probably wants to die right now.

At 4pm their day ends and the store manager commends them for their hard work. At the end of the day, on their first day open, they sold these many gyoza and made this much: 4,897 and made 1,635,353 yen

So the mission is over, and to the final talk:

Can: Ohkura, if you went, how would you do?
Ohkura: If I went, I'd really do my best.
Everyone: HUN?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!

But Yoko seriously mentions that Ohkura wouldn't be able to do it and implores the staff not to put him in a situation like that XD Can agrees much so.

Next week YokoMaru try to find the biggest and baddest and scariest rollercoaster in Japan, and Yoko doesn't like it too much.

[Summary] Can! Jani Episode 13 - A Picture Dedication to the 100 Views of Edo

I thought this episode was going to be boring because of the mission, Subassan going out and taking pictures of the famous sites of Edo based upon the watercolor paintings of Utakawa, but it ended up really funny. So in this episode Subassan is sent out to take pictures of 5 selected portrates from the 100 Views of Edo series that the famous painter of that era, Utakawa, painted in his life time.

Standard disclaimer: Possible mistranslations

Maru: This is the first program where I've done nothing on (exciting for) three location shots.
Yoko: That's so vague, Maru! What do you mean?

The command: Subassan Must Take Pictures Similuar to the 100 Scenes of Edo

Subaru: Today we're going to the 100 Scenes of Edo.

So they walk across the street. The Asakusa shrine is actually a large shopping mall and is very famous too... its one of the familuar land marks of the TOkio area.

Subaru: Yep.
Yasu: It's that, it's that.
Subaru: Yeah it is.
Yasu: But... isn't the writing on it different? Like isn't " Hashi " written on it?

So their latern has the wrong lighting and now they have doubts. But they tun their picture around to find that Command Can has left them hints to guide them on finding the exact areas :D

Subaru: " Sensouji is also another name for Kinryuusan " ... That doesn't help us at all.
Yasu: That seriously doesn't help!
Subaru: I don't get it at all. Let's go ask! Let's go in.

So they go inside the closed shopping mall and see if they can find another hint!

Subaru: Hun?
Yasu: Hun? There's one more?
Subaru: Isn't it this? This one is really close to it!
Yasu: Yeah it is! This looks a lot like it! Of course! Of Course!

Yasu: It isn't this latern. " Shin Hashi " is written on it! Isn't this Asakusa?

It's close but no dice because its not in the right area and its smaller. So they ask a guide~

Guide: Ah, this is the Edo period, hun. This is hanging in the Kanimari gate.
Subaru: So you mean its that place over there?
Guide: Yes, its over there.

Basically the deal is that in the Edo period the Shin Hashi latern hung in the Kanimari gate, but was destroyed in a fire. In 1960 they reconstructed a new latern and it was renamed into the name of the gate, Kanimari Gate.

Subaru: Ah! How about this angle?
Yasu: Ah that's nice! It's nice!
Subaru: Hey, why don't you be in there in the shot.
Yasu: I don't get it, why should I?
Subaru: Because there's a lot of people wearing that color! Just go!

The next hint is that a shop owner knows exactly which one it is~ So Subassan finds the shop and mets the owner who, in fact not only knows which one it is but owns the original painting. The shop owner confirms its the large bridge so Subassan goes back to the garden to take the picture!

Yasu: It's good now.
Subaru: Well, now go to the bridge.
Yasu: Again?
Subaru: Go. Go. Hurry up.
Yasu: But its fin...
Subaru: Look at it good, there's someone walking there.

Can's hints: It was the busiest shopping district of the Edo Period and The store in the picture Mise " Echigoya " is now a department store. It's a riddle so...

Subaru: So that's Edo's greatest...

Then we get a history lesson that Egoshiya became Mitsukoshi, Japan's first department store and first store to feature the escalator in Japan. Actually that store has a very unique history behind it, I'm not entirely sure on this but I actually think its one of the oldest businesses int he world if you literally go back in the history of the company. I think it was also family owned until like recently ... Actually the drama Yama Onna Kabe Onna was filmed inside Mitsukoshi.

I also had to look up what the Nihonbashi was, cause I didn't get it at first... but its actually a district in Tokyo, the business district.

Subaru: So this is Mitsukoshi...
Yasu: Nihonbashi.

Yasu: So if Mitsukoshi is over here...

So for your " The more you know " on Trees: EVEN IF TOKYO DOESN'T HAVE THE BIGGEST TREE IN THE COUNTRY, ITS NUMBER ONE FOR HAVING A LOT OF BIG TREES.

So they go back to really look at the tree, but Yoko...

So after having a failed conversation with the tree they then run off to measure it. In order for it to be a large tree it needs to be 1.3 meters tall.

Maru: Um, you this... isn't really measurable.
Yumoto: Don't say it isn't measureable cause we haven't measured anything yet.
Yoko: When it comes to measureing, the old man seems to switch from calm and collected to nervous.

So they're amazed at this big ass tree in the middle of the concrete jungle that is Tokyo. Also 17 people comitted sepukku under this tree.

Yoko: Yumoto, you're coming in right? So you're pretty happy, right?

Yoko: Whoa! As I thought, Mushigorou-san ! As I thought he'd jump for this!
Yumoto: I can't express the feeling from this.

So Mushigorou-san decides to climb the tree to start measuring.

This tree is 5 meters and 95 cm wide so its a gigantic tree.

After Yoko shows off his pimp skills to women that could be his grandmother (or great) we're off to measure the tree!

It's pretty impossible to do but the old ladies give them a hint with the rope and its a success! So they measure it and the tree is....

9 METERS 96 CM!!

Off to the next tree!

Its a three trunk tree and Im being lazy and not really translating the rest of thissss but it isnt as big as the other tree :O and Maru tells Yoko to stop playing around iwth sacred trees.

BUT NOW OFF TO THE LAST TREE. WITH CLIFFS AND BEARS.

Maru: Look at this! HUN?!
Yoko: Just looking at this makes it difficult!

Hina: Now we're going on a mountain

Yoko: The mitake tree is no 1 and this tree is no. 3, though we can't really say that. Each tree is no. 1 in their own right.

News: Kanjani8's Murakami, Toda Erika are " Good Friends "

On January 9th, Kanjani8's Murakami Shingo (26) went to the rehersal of his one man stage show, " If or... ", at Shinjuku, Tokyo's Tokyo Globe Theate for the live perfomance on Januay 10th. An unselling musician, a history teacher dressed like Dr. Ochanomizua, and a VTR by bikini figure are some of the things at this show. Just like the type of comedy you'd expect from Murakami, he said confidentally, " Tomorrow I'm going to do my best and give my all. "

On the other hand, in regards to December of last year's report of his intimate relationship regarding the actress, Toda Erika (20), he mentioned that, " (We're) good friends and we're not going out. I did not spend the night. " denying the relationship. He later slapped a report's head jokingly and said, " Had to start the questions with that! " overwhelmingly.

Tackey & Tsubasa's Takizawa Hideaki (26) went to a commoration event for the release of his new song, " Ai Kakumei ", in the viewing platform " TOKYO CITY VIEW " in Roppongi Hills on Jan 7th.
